Happy 4th of July! We had a nice long weekend. On Friday my mom, dad, uncle, and cousin came to visit in the morning. We are using my desk from my parents' house for Jared to study at the next two years. They brought us the desk and we went out to lunch with Jay.
After lunch Jared and I hopped in the car and drove to Smith Mountain Lake. We were there Friday and Saturday. Jared's dad has a place there so we rode in the boat, drove the jetski and watched the fireworks over the water. They were so pretty. It was a fun weekend.
We came back home and visited a church Sunday morning. We are looking for a new church family and hoping to find one before Jared starts classes in August. Things are going well here and we enjoyed the weekend to get away!
