We had such a fun weekend! During Christmas the boys got skiing on the brain. So Jay did some researching and planning and got us booked for a weekend at Snowshoe! It was fabulous. We had a condo on the mountain. We got there Friday night and settled in. Then Saturday morning Jared, Dad, and Jay got up and went skiing while Mom, Sarah, and I rested and did a little shopping.
Friday was nice and Saturday morning was pretty and then it got cloudy. Around 11:00 on Saturday morning it started sprinkling. The guys came in for lunch and were wet. After getting fed and taking a little nap they decided to bundle up and go back out in the rain! Talk about commitment! Due to the rain, the slopes were almost empty and they had so much fun that they skied for 2 more hours in the afternoon. Thankfully the rain lightened up. It was so much fun! One of those trips we'll talk about for years to come!!
