Happy Valentines Day! Jared and I had a wonderful weekend together. We are not big on Valentines day but we do enjoy doing something special. With both of us having birthdays coming up in March and not having children yet we can spend time together whenever we want so we don't make a big deal about Valentines.
We did get to spend the weekend together. We had a big breakfast with bacon, eggs, and biscuits on Saturday morning. Then we got dressed up and went to supper at Cracker Barrel. It's about 30 minutes away so we had a good time talking in the car and the food was excellent. The biscuits were fresh out of the oven and Jared ended the meal with his traditional Frozen Caramel Mug Sundae. It's amazing after more than 3 1/2 years of marriage Jared never ceases to amaze me and make me laugh until I cry. While my children at school keep me busy and hopping, my husband keeps me calm and happy.
